1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Pee-ups application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Pee-ups ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials (including your passcode/PIN) confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

3. Premium Subscriptions & Billing

Pee-ups offers an optional paid subscription ("Premium") that unlocks additional features such as exclusive avatars, themes, custom usernames, and health integrations. Subscriptions are sold through the following channels:

• Web: processed by our payment provider RevenueCat and its payment processor Stripe.
• iOS & Android apps: processed through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, respectively.

Auto-Renewal: Premium subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual, as selected) at the then-current price, unless you cancel before the renewal date. Your chosen payment method will be charged for each renewal.

Free Trials: Where offered, a free trial converts into a paid subscription automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel beforehand.

Cross-Platform Access: Your Premium entitlement is tied to your account and syncs across web, iOS, and Android. You only need one active subscription regardless of how many devices or platforms you use.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

• Web subscriptions: You may cancel at any time through the customer portal link provided in the app or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals; your Premium access remains active through the end of the current paid period.
• App Store / Google Play subscriptions: These must be managed and cancelled through your Apple or Google account settings, subject to those stores' policies.
• Refunds: Except where required by applicable law, payments are non-refundable, and partial periods are not refunded. Refund requests for store purchases are handled by Apple or Google under their respective policies.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit false, automated, or fraudulent workout or hydration data to gain an unfair leaderboard advantage.
• Harass, abuse, impersonate, or harm other users.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including resetting stats we reasonably believe were falsified.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of the data you submit (such as your username and logged metrics). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and process that data as needed to operate features like leaderboards and progress charts, as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Health & Fitness Disclaimer

Pee-ups is a motivational fitness and hydration tracking tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical, health, or professional advice. Consult a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any exercise program or significantly changing your hydration habits. You use the Service and perform any activities at your own risk.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pee-ups and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify or discontinue features of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms; if we make material changes, we will update the Effective Date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in that jurisdiction.
